New development plan for Klein Partwitz: Your opinion counts!
A lot is happening in the small but beautiful community of Elsterheide! On June 24, 2025, the local council approved the preliminary draft of the development plan for theSports field pathin the Klein Partwitz district. This draft, dated June 2, 2025, has the resolution no. 28/25 and opens the next round of urban planning.
The development plan covers an area of around 0.4 hectares and includes parcels 189/2, 189/3 and 189/4 in the Klein Partwitz district, corridor 1. This means that the area east of the sports field path could soon look significantly different. In order to involve citizens in the planning, an early public display is carried out in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the BauGB.
Public interpretation and participation
From August 4th to September 5th, 2025, residents have the opportunity to deal with the preliminary draft. The documents can be viewed in the Elsterheide municipal administration, Am Anger 36, in the secretariat (room 1.3) during the following times:
- Dienstag: 08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und 13:00 bis 18:00 Uhr
- Donnerstag: 08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und 13:00 bis 15:30 Uhr
- Freitag: 08:00 bis 11:30 Uhr
If you prefer it digitally, you can also view the documents online. These can be found on the central state portal for land use planning www.buerger participation.sachsen.de as well as on the website of the municipality of Elsterheide elsterheide.de available.
Participate and take a stand
The municipality calls on all citizens to submit their opinions and statements on the plan in writing, by email (gemeinde@elsterheide.de or eger@elsterheide.de) or directly to the municipal administration. It is a great opportunity to have your say and play an active role in shaping your own home.
Participants do not need to worry about data protection, as personal data is handled in accordance with Section 3 of the BauGB, Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter E of the GDPR and the Saxon Data Protection Act. So anyone who would like to take part in this exciting process should seize the opportunity and take a look at the plans.
