Rödertal in the upswing: Summer edition of the company information meeting enthusiastic!
in Großröhrsdorf it recently started: The city and Haase Tank GmbH invited to the first "summer edition" of the company information meeting. Around 60 guests from the region accepted the invitation on June 4th to find out about the exciting developments in the Rödertal and to establish valuable contacts. Mayor Stefan Schneider welcomed the participants and not only presented the current situation in the city, but also reported on future construction projects, such as the planned two-field sports hall and the renovation of Schillerstrasse.
With Haase Tank GmbH, a real regional industry professional introduced itself. The company, which has been active for over 50 years, specializes in tanks, memory and separator made of fiber -fiber reinforced plastic. The successful market launch of double -walled flat floor tanks and heat stores is particularly worth mentioning. The company's number of employees has grown from seven to 40, and over 60 certified partners are already available in the nationwide network of the company. In addition, the products of Haase Tank GmbH are approved for "Öko-diesel" and climate-friendly alternatives.
sustainable innovations in the Rödertal
A special highlight of the event was the lecture by Tim Fronzek, co -founder of Nosh.Bio GmbH. This young company is committed to the development of food and meat alternatives from genetic engineering -free mushrooms. Nosh.bio was founded in Berlin in 2022 and uses the former brewery systems of the Bohemian brewery for its innovative production. Fronzek emphasizes urgency to create sustainable food production in order to secure the quality of life for future generations. The production of 5,000 tons of myzel protein is planned per year, supported by funding of 2.75 million euros from GRW-Riga.
The Nosh.Bio GmbH, which now also wants to have production facility in Großröhrsdorf, shows how important sustainable solutions are in today's world. "We want to create a world in which foods are neither harmful to the planet nor for animals," says Fronzek. The company attaches great importance to not only developing delicious but also environmentally friendly products. With this, Nosh.Bio aims at a gap in the market that combines both taste and sustainability.
challenges of the industry
The entire nutritional industry faces major challenges when it comes to sustainability. According to reports from strategyand.pwc.com there is a pressing need for sustainable solutions, and not only for ethical reasons, but also to remain economically sustainable. Diversity of the industry, changeable consumer behavior and complex regulations make the way to implement.
Talks between the company and the Federal Association of the German Nutrition Industry (BVE) are a first step in the right direction. Close cooperation is required to identify best practices and establish sustainable production methods. While some companies such as Haase Tank GmbH and Nosh.Bio are already working actively on solutions, there are still optimization potential for many others.
The company information meetings in Großröhrsdorf have established themselves as a valuable platform to promote the exchange between regional companies and generate new ideas. The future of sustainable food production and the challenges within the industry are topics that affect all of us and which we have to tackle together.
