The company's number of employees has grown from seven to 40, and over 60 certified partners are already available in the nationwide network of the company. A special highlight of the event was the lecture by Tim Fronzek, co -founder of Nosh.Bio GmbH. This young company is committed to the development of food and meat alternatives from genetic engineering -free mushrooms. Nosh.bio was founded in Berlin in 2022 and uses the former brewery systems of the Bohemian brewery for its innovative production. Fronzek emphasizes urgency to create sustainable food production in order to secure the quality of life for future generations. The production of 5,000 tons of myzel protein is planned per year, supported by funding of 2.75 million euros from GRW-Riga.

The Nosh.Bio GmbH, which now also wants to have production facility in Großröhrsdorf, shows how important sustainable solutions are in today's world. "We want to create a world in which foods are neither harmful to the planet nor for animals," says Fronzek. The company attaches great importance to not only developing delicious but also environmentally friendly products.
