S107 Between three -cretchair and Schwarzadler: full closure from July!

In Saxony something happens on the streets! The roadway renewal of the S107 between three -scale and Schwarzadler is just around the corner. As the Radibor reports, the construction work begins on July 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed at the end of July. The measure includes the renewal of the asphalt binder and deck layer as well as a thorough repair of the banquet areas. We can look forward to a nicer and safer street!

In addition, the S107 is renovated in three sections. In the first section, from Loga to Dreikretscham, it goes to the point from July 9th to 18th. The second section affects the route from Milkwitz to Loga and takes place from July 14th to 18th. Finally, the third section between Schwarzadler and Milkwitz works from July 16 to 25, 2025. During this time, the S107 is fully blocked in the respective areas, which requires some diversions. Road users are asked to adjust to it by following the traffic via the B96, S106 and S100.

Near Rochlitz is also diligently tackled. Work on the B107 begins on Monday, March 30th. Here the area between the Muldental Bridge and Leipziger Straße is renewed in five sections on a distance of around 1.3 kilometers. The building materials such as the asphalt binder and deck layer as well as defective street bridges are also on the list of renovations. The State Directorate Saxony informs that the redirection from the B107 direction leads via the S240 to Göritzhain and further to the B175. Here, too, people ask politely to understand the temporary restrictions. The total costs amount to around 770,000 euros, financed by the Federal Republic of Germany, and the work should be completed in mid -August.

These projects are part of a larger initiative supported by the Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan (BVWP) 2030. According to the information from bvwp-projects , this plan is based on around 2,000 suggestions for new systems and extensions in road, rail and water road traffic. The BVWP evaluates projects with regard to their importance for future traffic and ensures that the necessary information is available to ensure sustainable development of the infrastructure.

While the street work in Saxony is progressing well, it remains to be seen how the detours will affect traffic. It is important that everyone shows careful driving style and observes the changed routes. This is how we help to process the construction work quickly and safely.
