Level it up: Free action day for students in Dresden's tech world!

On Friday, August 22, 2025, Dresden becomes a digital hub when the "Level IT Up" campaign day takes place from 1 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. With proud 24 interactive workshops in eight renowned IT companies, the event awaits students in grades 7 to 13 who want to be enthusiastic about the digital professional fields. The event is supported by large players such as Amazon Web Services, SAP, and Carl Zeiss Digital Innovation GmbH and promises exciting insights into the digital world.

Why is the event worthwhile for young talents? The action day aims to offer students a practical education that prepares you for the upcoming challenges in the digital age. In addition to workshops, each of which lasts 90 minutes, live demos, tech-talks are also planned on topics such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity as well as competitions. In this way, the participants can experience how diverse and dynamically the IT industry is.

A special highlight are the many workshop offers ranging from programming to the use of AI for climate neutrality to cyber detective workshops.
