Volksbank celebrates the opening: New Center for Aue-Bad Schlema!

A new location for Volksbank Chemnitz eG has been beaming in Aue-Bad Schlema since August 22, 2025. In Lößnitzer Straße 83, directly on the busy McDonald’s crossing, the new branch opens its doors and thus not only ensures a fresh wind in the cityscape, but also for an extended range of services.

On a proud 850 square meters, the branch offers a wide range of consulting services and organizes interesting events. The business is officially started as early as August 25, 2025. The Mayor of Aue-Bad Schlema, Heinrich Kohl, was extremely pleased with the successful construction project and the modern appearance of the new bank building.

The two -storey building combines traditional and modern elements. While the basement is made of concrete, the upper floor inspires with an impressive timber construction. The focus on sustainability is obvious: With photovoltaics and geothermal energy, the Volksbank relies on environmentally friendly energy sources and thus scores with customers who value good hands for sustainability.

The new branch will look after more than 6,300 private and corporate customers. Equipped with modern consulting rooms, a self -service area for cash transactions and a personal cash service, the bank meets the requirements of its customers. There is also an extensive locking facility and enough parking spaces that also benefit visitors to the Games of the FC Erzgebirge.

a very special advisory experience

A special attraction is the advisory world that is based on the "five elements": wood, water, earth, fire and metal. Branch manager Ronny Grahmann is already looking forward to the start in the new location and the opportunity to offer customers inspiring advice.

The former branch remains in operation as a self -service location. In addition, a notary's office is accommodated in a second building on the area - this ensures further benefits and short distances for customers.

On September 5, 2025, a large opening party will take place for the public, in which everyone interested has the opportunity to look at the new branch and get to know the various offers.
