Changes in the property cadastre
The adjustments in the database include changes to building data and the actual use of the parcels. This is done in accordance with the requirements of the Saxon surveying and cadastral law, which is administered by the lower survey authorities.
What is particularly interesting is that the individual changes are automatically deemed to have been announced seven days after the disclosure period has expired. This means that the affected owners and interested parties should be particularly attentive in order to be available in case of questions.
